FAQ

how far will you travel?

We travel anywhere in the United States! Travel and lodging fees apply for shoots greater than 60 miles from my office in Olympia, WA.

what if we get rained out?

We check weather forecasts one week in advance and the day prior. Depending on the severity of the weather forecast, we may reach out to rebook your session.

how many horses can i book per session?

We ask that no more than 3 horses be scheduled per day. Please contact us if you are planning a session with more than 3 horses so we can work together to plan the best experience!

how will i receive my pictures?

Your images will be provided in a password-protected Client Gallery on our website where you can download or share directly to social media.

what happens if i need to reschedule my session?

We understand that life happens, which is why we offer 1 free rebooking! A 10% rebooking fee applies after the first cancelation.

how does billing work?

All sessions require a 25% deposit, due at the time of contract signing. The balance is due 3 days prior to your session. ABB Photography accepts cash, credit/debit card, PayPal, and Venmo. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks.

do i need to do anything to prepare my horse?

Great question! In order to maximize your investment, please make sure to read through the Welcome Guide provided at contract signing.

are there any discounts available?

We love referrals! If one of our clients referred you to us, let us know so we can apply a $50.00 credit to your bill and send $50.00 to the person that referred you.
We also offer a Trainer Discount: Special pricing for barns with more than 10 horses.
